Shipping Policy

At PRTBL we offer a few options for shipping. During checkout you may choose from USPS, UPS, Fedex or other shipping carriers. Our warehouse department is open Monday-Friday excluding major holidays or unless otherwise stated on our website and strives to ship out your orders within 24-48 hours of placing your order on our website. Should you opt for quicker shipping methods your order will be handled accordingly and you will see faster processing times. 

We do NOT ship during weekends or after 5 pm. Orders placed during a weekend will ship out the next business day. During times of surges including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Fourth of July and 4/20 your order may take longer than normal to ship out and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages however please contact us immediately at support@prtbl.com if you have received an item that has been damaged or lost in transit. We will do our best to assist you with the order. 

Priority shipping methods are made available on our website but we are NOT able to guarantee delivery times as once the package leaves our warehouse the delivery times are out of our control. We will do our best to work with carriers to deliver your order to you in a timely manner. 

Should you opt for signature delivery you will need someone home at the time of delivery otherwise your package may not be delivered. Multiple attempts at delivery will be made at which point if the carrier is unable to deliver the package it will be returned to us.
