All PRTBL products come with a one (1) year limited warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. Grinders and Pipes come with a five (5) year limited warranty on all metal components and a one (1) year limited warranty on plastic components. 

PRTBL Brand (“PRTBL”) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (unless otherwise stated in the product description). Warranty does not apply should you purchase through an unauthorized reseller or third party reseller such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace. If any physical defect arises and a claim within the warranty period, to the extent permitted by law, PRTBL will either 1) replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model is no longer in stock or available, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. 

Exclusions And Limitations

The limited warranty applies only to original, authentic PRTBL devices and products and any non PRTBL products are NOT covered under the limited warranty.

Damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water damage, damage caused by excessive heat or external causes of nature are not covered under the limited warranty.

Damage caused by operating the product outside of its normal intended use is not covered under the warranty. And product that has been altered, modified or changed to alter the function or capability is not covered by the limited warranty.

Damage caused by using accessories or attachments that were not intended for use with the product is not covered by warranty.

Any products where the serial number has been tampered with, altered or rendered illegible are not covered under warranty.

Normal wear and tear in addition to neglect of proper cleaning and maintenance of the product or device is also not covered under warranty. 

Warranty Instructions

In order to obtain warranty service for your genuine PRTBL products please first read the warranty policy in its entirety.

Warranty service is arranged by contacting us at support@prtbl.com or submitting a support ticket by filling out the requested fields with as much detailed information as possible.

Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (this can be a receipt from the store you purchased the product from or the order number given to you from our website or a partnered website) and a picture or video demonstrating the defect.

Once a warranty claim has been made, our customer service team will assess the claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Should we require you to return the product to us we will provide a shipping label to use for the return.

Once the product has made it back to our warehouse please give us 2 business days to process the warranty claim and issue you a new/repaired product.

PRTBL is NOT responsible for lost or misplaced packages if your package is not scanned by USPS with the provided label.
