Refund policy

PRTBL will only accept returns and issue refunds for orders placed on our website at www.prtbl.com. Under no circumstances will PRTBL issue a refund for an order placed outside of our website including purchases made from a third party authorized vendor.

You have the right to return any unused products for a full refund for any reason up to Seven (7) days following the receipt of the items purchased. In order to initiate a return in this fashion you must notify us at support@prtbl.com. Should you meet the requirements to return items to PRTBL we will reimburse you all payments received for the returned items. This does NOT include the cost of shipment. PRTBL will also not reimburse you for any supplemental costs incurred when purchasing the product. This includes VAT and or any import/duties taxes.

If you opt for a refund you must return the new, unused product(s) to PRTBL within 5 days of notifying us of your return. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the purchased item(s). No refunds will be issued for items not returned within 5 days of notifying PRTBL that you would like to return the item(s) for a refund.

You agree that you are responsible for the cost of return shipment in the event you wish to return an item for a refund.

Because of the nature of the products offered on prtbl.com, for sanitary and health reasons, we will only issue refunds for products in new and unused condition. If tamper seals have been broken we will be unable to accept the returned product(s) and will not issue a refund.
