6. Payment
You agree to pay for all purchases of products and services made on the website. Except where otherwise noted, the prices displayed on the website reflect the current retail price listed on the product. All prices are in USD and payable in USD except where otherwise noted. Foreign exchange rates may apply depending on the date, time and location your order is placed.
You may be subject to sales tax, VAT, or other taxes and duties at the point of sale or after where applicable. PRTBL is NOT responsible for the payment of taxes and duties and it is your responsibility as a consumer to pay the applicable taxes and duties associated with your order unless PRTBL has collected and paid for the taxes and duties on your behalf. PRTBL is not responsible for failure to pay these taxes and duties and it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay and settle debts with collection parties.
Orders placed on our website will appear on your billing statement as PRTBl, if you have any questions about charges on your billing statements and whether or not they came from our website please send us an email with a detailed description of your billing question(s).
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders made on our website cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been sent to the customers email inbox. On a typical day tracking numbers are generated 12-24 hours after the order has been placed depending on what time of day the order was placed. To cancel orders before a tracking number was sent, please contact support@prtbl.com as soon as possible.
8. Return Policy
PRTBL will only accept returns and issue refunds for orders placed on our website at www.prtbl.com. Under no circumstances will PRTBL issue a refund for an order placed outside of our website including purchases made from a third party authorized vendor.
You have the right to return any unused products for a full refund for any reason up to fortune (14) days following the receipt of the items purchased. In order to initiate a return in this fashion you must notify us at support@prtbl.com. Should you meet the requirements to return items to PRTBL we will reimburse you all payments received for the returned items. This does NOT include the cost of shipment. PRTBL will also not reimburse you for any supplemental costs incurred when purchasing the product. This includes VAT and or any import/duties taxes.
If you opt for a refund you must return the new, unused product(s) to PRTBL within 14 days of notifying us of your return. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the purchased item(s). No refunds will be issued for items not returned within 14 days of notifying PRTBL that you would like to return the item(s) for a refund.
You agree that you are responsible for the cost of return shipment in the event you wish to return an item for a refund.
Because of the nature of the products offered on prtbl.com, for sanitary and health reasons, we will only issue refunds for products in new and unused condition. If tamper seals have been broken we will be unable to accept the returned product(s) and will not issue a refund.
9.Damaged/Incomplete/Incorrect Orders
When receiving goods from PRTBL you have the right to receive product(s) that are working and free of defect. You agree to immediately inspect any goods and products purchased upon receipt. Please report any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders to us immediately. If you have received a shipment from us that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please report it to us immediately at support@prtbl.com explaining what went wrong with your order to request a refund or replacement of your goods. We may require you to return damaged items in which case we will pay for the cost of shipping back to us.
